These Terms and Conditions are provided to help you understand how we do business with you. 

Prices

1.    All prices shown on this Website include include VAT at the current standard UK rate, on relevant items. 

2.    Delivery charges shown are for delivery to United Kingdom addresses.  No online facility is currently available for delivery outside the United Kingdom.

Purchasing Online

3.    In order to conclude a contract online, a customer needs to go through the following steps:

a.     Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.  Clicking the “Buy” button will allow you to specify a quantity of items to buy, clicking the “Add to Shopping Cart” will add one of the selected item to your cart.   You can check what is in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button on the left-hand side of the screen. 

b.    Once you have selected all the items you wish to buy, click on the “Checkout” button or the “Checkout” link on the left-hand side of the screen.  This will take you to Paypal 

4.    If you make an error after completing checkout on the site, you should contact us by phone on 01803 292580 within normal business hours.  Alternatively, you can email cathy@startimepatisserie.com  with  your contact details and we will call you back.

  

5.    No paper contract will be filed by Startime Patisserie.

6.    Items not in stock will be placed on back order and forwarded to you as soon as they come in.  Startime Patisserie reserves the right to cancel an order if stock becomes unavailable from the supplier following receipt of an order.
 
     Privacy policy and Paypal.·     
    We use Pay Pal, the secure payment provider so you can rest easy knowing that we do NOT see or store any of your financial details. All the numbers are encrypted and it is extremely safe. We do not store any of your personal details and will NEVER disclose your personal details to a third party. The only details we need to see are your name, address, telephone number and e-mail so we can contact you if there is a problem with your order or to let you know your order has been despatched to you.

   All contracts for purchases are subject to the law of England.
