Startime Patisserie is a small family owned business based in Lucius Street, Torquay.

The bakers make freshly baked breads, rolls, pasties, fresh cream cakes and morning goods each day, alongside birthday, celebration and wedding cakes for the local customers and tourists throughout the area.

Our aim is to help our customers to eat high quality produce made from as many locally sourced ingredients as posssible and we produce tasty, handmade cakes, pastries and other goods in our bakery beneath our shop.

The bakers can create a wide range of birthday, celebration and wedding cakes that are hand made and finished to your own choice of design, similar to pictures you may have seen or from our own design book.

The cakes are made from vanilla sponge filled with butter flavoured filling and strawberry preserve or chocolate sponge with chocolate flavoured filling or a traditional fruit cake soaked in brandy.
All cakes are covered in sugarpaste icing, then piped as required in colours of your choice.
